Papa Penny and his family have had Mzansi viewers glued to their TV screens watching every move made by the Tsonga disco king in his reality series, Papa Penny Ahee!.

The reality show gives a new insight people have on the legend’s family on a weekly basis. This week saw viewers applauding the musician and his cheating skills. Then things took a turn and he was rapped over the knuckles for being toxic towards women and especially his wife.

Briefly.co.za learnt that having no regard for the feelings of the women around him, making sure that his word is final has acclaimed him the label of 'patriarch'.

Regardless of the goings-on, fans have decided to ignore this and still prefer his reality show over Madam and Mercy, which was a show that was much-anticipated.

Irrespective of the disturbing attitude he portrays towards his wife, Papa Penny’s reference to his side chick provided amusement for many viewers.

The authenticity in the characters of the show is what fans applaud. Even though Papa Penny receives an abundance of criticism, viewers would rather watch his reality show than any other show on TV.
