Emtee has vowed to get his awards back from embattled record label, Ambitiouz Entertainment.

The star was peeved when Ambitiouz taunted him with his own lyrics on Friday.

Ambitiouz tweeted, "If he trippin', leave the dude alone" - a play on a famous line from Emtee's debut single Roll Up.
Yesterday, Emtee responded with, "I'm getting my s***, know that."

Emtee has previously accused the label of refusing to give him back the multiple awards that he won during his time at the label.

Last month, Briefly.co.za reported that Emtee lashed out at Ambitiouz Entertainment for continuing to use his name in promoting their other artists.

Emtee and Ambitiouz Entertainment acrimoniously parted ways in August of last year.

The rapper accused the label of exploitation and slave labour practises.

Emtee has since been releasing music as an independent artist and has opened up about the many difficulties he's faced after branching out on his own.

Fans are gatvol with Ambitiouz still refusing to give Emtee back his awards.

One pleaded, "Give Emtee his awards and stop exploiting your artists."
Another said, "You can take his awards but you can't take away his talent."

Ambitiouz Entertainment continues to be enemy number one to Mzansi fans for consistently mistreating its artists, including Priddy Ugly, Amanda Black, A-Reece and Fifi Cooper.
