Cassper Nyovest’s physique has been put to the test during lockdown. Being real with fans, Cassper opened up about his weight journey.

Not being able to get the gym and feeling really demotivated in general thanks to lockdown, people are going through the most.

Briefly.co.za learnt that Cass thought it was needed to get on a personal level with his fans about weight battles.

Cassper did a phenomenal job at transforming his body into something most would die for, His dedication was real, but unfortunately, Cass has faced some weight gain as a result of lockdown.

Taking to social media, Cassper put it out there, telling his fans that his body is on some next level weight gain mission and he doesn’t know how to stop it.

Taking a humorous approach to the matter, Cass asked fans how he can turn this situation into something lucrative.

“My ability to gain weight needs to do something for me at some point. Isn't there a competition somewhere in the world nje where I can eat burgers, pizzas and sushi and just become a champion and win money?”

Cass then went on to express how he thinks moving to Ethiopia and joining the Bodi tribe would be a good idea as these men’s physiques are something he could work with.

“I was born in the wrong country! I need to move because, wow, I would be flourishing!”

Taking accountability, Cassper did admit that he hasn’t been the greatest when it comes to what he puts in his body – the lockdown feels have definitely gotten to him.

Shame Cass, you still look real fly to us!

“My weight fluctuates, but the key is to learn about food and to be honest with yourself. Can't be eating what you're not supposed to eat and wish for results. You have to completely stop the rubbish for at least 12 weeks to see drastic results. Then it's a maintenance thing.”
