Bafana Bafana ace Siphiwe Tshabalala shared some insight into his workout regime via his Instagram account.

Shabba revealed his plank exercise challenge, as he shared the below caption:
"Nike living room cup challenge-week5. Plank get ups (jumps optional). Thank you @rorymcilroy @nike now let’s see how many get up plank with jumps you can do in 45sec. I challenge all the gym fanatics."
The former Kaizer Chiefs attacker followed this up with a post over the weekend, as he took to the road with his bicycle.

While in his backyard, Shabba did an intense plank exercise to increase core strength.
He pulled off the moves while some awesome beats were playing in the background and Briefly.co.za noted that the video was nearly viewed 20 000 times.
