Many South Africans have complained that the nationwide lockdown has not been good for their health and fitness.

A common gripe is that weight gain has increased, as people are forced to spend more time indoors.

However, twitter user Fhatuwani Mukheli (@fhatuwaniMukhel) seems to have no such complaints if his recent exercise video is anything to go by.

Briefly.co.za noted that many were impressed, but others felt that he was doing more harm than good.

Iman Rappetti (@imanrappetti) said,

"Your strength is AMAZING! But yoh, it looks sore. Don't your arms hurt/bruise? This workout needs some T&Cs."

Phumzile Van Damme (@zilevandamme) expressed concern:

"What about the bones in your hands and arms? Has a Dr checked those out? A x-ray? I am worried about you man."

Nomalanga Shozi (@RealNomalanga) identified another issue:

"I feel sorry for the partner. Imagine those hands roughly caressing you, grating your skin ever so gently."

Previously, Briefly.co.za reported that former Kaizer Chiefs star Siphiwe Tshabalala has been active on social media and at home recently.

Amidst the lockdown, Shabba revealed how he keeps fit in a series of videos and pics.
