US rapper DayLyt appears to be a fave among our own crop of top rappers.

Day recently did an Instagram Live with Stogie T and said he was considering moving to South Africa.

Day told Stogie he loves Mzansi so much that he wants to move here permanently.

The internationally acclaimed battle star re-assured fans and fellow friends here in the South that he really is coming to experience the place.

DayLyt has visited SA a number of times in the past, the most recent time being when he came by to Cape Town.

In fact, he has a documentary detailing his desire to set location in the Mother City.

During a conversation with Stogie, Day mentioned how the whole coronavirus outbreak had disturbed his plans to permanently relocate here.

As someone who is known for pulling off jokes and snide views - it wasn’t believed by many that he was telling the truth.

“This is not a troll at all! I’m dead serious !And if y’all really followed me y’all would of seen the videos I shot while I was out there! I have a full (documentary) on moving back to the mother land."
