Kgomotso who played the character of Yvonne on the eTV soapie, has recently revealed that she was leaving the show to join Mzansi Magic's telenovela, The River.
Her colleagues from Scandal! gave her a beautiful bouquet of flowers as hugging and kissing have been prohibited on Mzansi's TV shows due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
"It just got real...beautiful farewell flowers. Social distancing will rob me of my goodbye hugs from my @etvscandal fam."
The talented star's fans have showered her with praises ever since she posted about the farewell flowers.
"You gave us a good show ma'am. From start to finish. And your character was well developed. From a mother who really didn't care that much about her own children to becoming a mother to Tibi. Not forgetting the casino schemes and crazy marriages. The drama in the Langa fam."
"Great Artists know the right time to pull out the plug! Your amazing talent will dearly be missed and we hope to see you again in due course. Well done on such an exceptional offer you gave on Scandal! Your aura will forever reign in the history books. Tsamaya sentle 'YV'.
"YV it's been a great pleasure watching you on Scandal! You inspired me to wear dresses lol. I used to hate them but when I saw you rocking in them that's when I realised you don't need jeans to look sexy. You are my role model. May the showers of blessed water keep on raining upon you."
