A mother and son team gained Mzansi's much-needed support for selling masks as a team to keep Africa safe.
Thabang Magai took to Twitter and shared his request to people to promote his business venture, which he undertakes alongside his mother.
He said their masks are sold at R10 each and that was their way of giving back to their lovely community who has been supporting them over the years as they also sold cookies.
The East Rand duo gained more than 5k likes and over 4k Twitter users kept the conversation going and placed orders. It is an undeniable fact that their both their cookie and mask business will grow since the support from the social media followers was tremendous.
'We got material from our neighbours, so selling them at R10 is like giving back to our lovely community that has been supporting us for years because we also been selling cookies," Thabang said.
He assured Mzansi that the masks are safe as they used measurements to avoid fitting them. He said they used different fabrics, thin and thick fabrics.
With thick fabrics they make two-ply masks and for thin fabrics three-ply.
The pair have already gained much love and support from Mzansi and were commended for their hard work and for giving back to their community.
Many have found supplies of cheap good quality masks from Thabang and his mother and promised to support the two, who seemed to share a very strong bond.
