- Emtee has been beefing with his former record label, Ambitiouz Entertainment, for a while now
- But, at some point, it was all love between the embattled label, Emtee and fellow rappers like AKA
- Ambitiouz recently hopped onto social media to thank AKA for allowing them to shoot a scene for the Roll Up Remix music video in his home
Ambitiouz Entertainment recently took a walk down memory lane to thank rap grootman AKA for his assistance a few years back.
The embattled record label said it was grateful to AKA for allowing them to shoot a scene for the Emtee's Roll Up Remix at his house.
The tweet came up in a viral thread #StanLetterToAKA, in which Mzansi thanked AKA for his many contributions to South African hip hop.
Last week, Briefly.co.za reported that AKA was grateful to his fans for all the support.
Ambitiouz's tweet was a throwback to the days when Emtee and the label were still on good terms.
Nowadays, relations are extremely strained between them and Emtee has been fighting tooth and nail to get his awards back from the label.
Ambitiouz has lot a lot of artists over the years, including Fifi Cooper, Priddy Ugly, Amanda Black, A-Reece and Saudi.
The label has been accused of exploiting artists and sabotaging their careers when they leave the label.
Ambitiouz's reputation is so bad that social media wasn't even impressed with them delivering food to the less fortunate recently.
