Emtee is trending for all the right reasons today.

The rap star dropped a new track titled Johustleburg yesterday and fans have made sure to keep in on everyone's lips.

Emtee is now an independent artist who needs all the support he can get and fans definitely have his back.

Fans especially don't want Ambitiouz Entertainment, who put a song out on the same day as Emtee, to steal his spotlight.

One tweep wrote, "#Johustleburg is still trending without a paid promo. This is what happens when people love you. No corrupt record label will put a black child down."

Another said, "Good morning, fellow South Africans. Let us not forget #Johustleburg is the song of the weekend."

This morning, Briefly.co.za reported that Ambitiouz Entertainment recently thanked AKA for letting them use his home to shoot Emtee's Roll Up Remix.

This was way back in the day, when Emtee and Ambitiouz were on good terms.

Now, Emtee just wants his awards back from the embattled record label.

Over the years, Ambitiouz has managed to lose artists a host of amazing artists, including Sjava, Amanda Black, Priddy Ugly, Fifi Cooper, Saudi and A-Reece.

It's gained a reputation as a no-go record label and one that heavily exploits its artists.
