Veteran actress Florence Masebe has set up her own home studio – she ain’t taking no chances with the rona.
The coronavirus has made it almost impossible for some to work without being at risk of contracting the virus, making working a very fearful task.
Briefly.co.za learnt that Florence has a pre-existing condition that makes her even higher risk - asthma.
Fortunately, Florence has a home studio where she has been able to continue working, recording voice-overs or any other work she may have, from the safety and comfort of her own home.
Taking to social media, Florence gave fans a sneak peek of where the magic happens. She is staying safe and taking no chances and feels extremely blessed to have a home studio.
“When going to the studio means walking across to the other room. Still not taking chances. It will be a while before I risk going out when alternatives exist. Being an asthmatic during these Covid-19 times demands that I take extra care. Voice overs are recorded from home. We have been doing this since March. Having a home studio has been a blessing. Thank you @Monthati_M for simplifying things for me. I promise to pay you right when I finally make it big. #IamStayingHome”
In other news, Flo Masebe has praised Thembi Nyandeni for her amazing portrayal of Beauty in Kwakhala Nyonini.
Nyandeni played the role of a woman in a polygamous marriage who only wanted the finest things in life and was always after money in the 90's drama.
In that role, she became a household name and is still popular today.
