Adorable boy brings mom breakfast in bed, dressed as essential worker

Mothers around the globe celebrated Mother's Day on Sunday under lockdown restrictions.

Those who live far away from their moms may not even have been able to see them due to the rules and regulations.

However, one lucky mother was fortunate enough to be served breakfast in bed by her son and captured the heartwarming moment.

Twitter user FabAcademic (@FabAcademic) shared a video on Sunday, which revealed how her son treated her with the meal.

However, when he returned to fetch her tray, she was surprised to see him dressed up as an essential worker, complete with personal protective gear.

Briefly.co.za noted that her video started trending and tweeps were loving the lighthearted surprise.

Lerato (@leralee2) said,

"I like the preparation that went into all of this, today serving you is an essential service Happy mother's day Deputy mom."
