Cassper Nyovest's song titled Superman has finally reached 1 million views on YouTube "after three years".
Cass released the song's music video on 15 June, 2017. It features legendary Mzansi musician Tsepo Tshola.
It was the second single off his album titled Thuto. The Amademoni hitmaker recently celebrated with his fans when Thuto turned three.
Superman was not meant to be a club banger but was dedicated to all "the super dads". Cass said he preferred doing both bangers and songs that carry a positive message.
Mufasa took to social media to share the good news with his fans.
"Superman finally reached 1 million views after 3 years. Good For That reached a million views and went gold in three months. Now you can have a catalog full of songs like Superman and the streets will pay their respects but they won't pay your bills. Your choice! I choose to do both!!!"
His fans also praised Mufasa for giving them good music.
"Whatever you release makes sense it's complete content.I'm just grateful your music lives. What would SA hip-hop be without you. Big ups grootman."
"I remember you telling me a story about Gusheshe which was being played at all major radio stations and everywhere but your bank balance was not corresponding. When you dropped Doc Shebelaza that's when things turned around and you got yourself the red BMW. Salute Cass."
"Superman will look after you in the long-term than Good For That... 10 years down the line Superman get's to be put on a Father's Day advert but Good For That, uhmm?"
"Superman was definitely your best song so far. Used to play it for my daughter when she was a new born."
Briefly.co.za recently reported that the star's Amademoni music video smashed 100k views in just 24 hours.
The rapper has also explained why Tweezy who is featured on the song is not on the video.
