A man has taken to social media to give women advice on how to get and keep a man. According to him, the secret is to go for the man's stomach. He shared several pictures of the type of meals a woman should be able to cook.

Twitter user Zamagembe posted the pictures along with the caption:

"This was kind of food that our grandmothers used to serve for their husbands and it somehow played a significant role in keeping them only to themselves and wanting some more. Tip: Easiest way to warm your way up to a man's heart is to start by his stomach not his pocket."

His post received mixed reactions from social media. Twitter user SebagaM said:

"No I don't think so, back then men did as they pleased and their women were not supposed to be vocal about it, they left a trail of infidelity that wasn't supposed to be questioned... HOWEVER, the food looks delicious..."

"Not even our grandfathers had multiple families, it's not about the food it's about how that person loves their partner."

"Yes the food is nice but back in the years our grandmothers were choosing to be oblivious to what was happening around them. According to my perspective how one truly loves a person will determine their loyalty etc. because manje you can cook a whole meal then he doesn't come home."
