The lockdown means a lot of people have given up on exercise and they're sitting around more, munching on all sorts of foods that end up adding a bit of kilos to the scale.
However, some South Africans, including Tobeka Madiba Zuma, are making sure they maintain their healthy habits even during quarantine.
The former first lady floods her Instagram page with photos of herself exercising and the healthy foods she cooks for her and her family.
In her latest fitness post, Tobeka talked about the importance of taking care of one's body, mind and soul.
"Prioritising the health, mind, body and soul. Wake up, work out, work from home and keep the social distance."
In another post, she wrote:
"Slow progress is better than no progress at all. Stay positive and never give up. The hardest thing about exercise is to start doing it. Its never too late...keep on moving."

In one post, Tobeka explained that it's not easy keeping up with a fitness regime and healthy eating habits.
"Of course it’s hard. It’s supposed to be hard. If it were easy, everybody would do it. Hard is what makes it great. Your body can stand almost anything. It’s your mind that you have to convince."
In one post, Tobeka can be seen making fitness a mother-daughter activity. She posted a couple of snaps after a workout where she and her daughter can be seen chilling together.
