Somizi Mhlongo was living for DJ Black Coffee’s subtle but spicy clapbacks – it was a proud moment for him indeed.

Celebs have been going through the most in terms of judgement during this lockdown as people have way more time to critique their every move.

Briefly.co.za learnt that Black Coffee received a little shade after a recent post him made that saw him wearing a Louis Vuitton face mask.

Casually, Black Coffee posted the pic to social media, thinking nothing of the mask he was wearing, he didn’t even mention the mask in his caption.

Not only did Black Coffee get creamed for wearing a boujee mask, but he also got shaded for living in such basic quarters. Kante, people are a lot!

One person suggested he must be staying in “Midrand” as people from there are apparently known for living the minimalistic life. Another shaded him for not buying a locally made “Musk”.

Well, Black Coffee was running hot that day. He let the Midrand hater know that he’s got a room divider if they would like to see it and told the musk tweep that the extra strong minty was his fav flavour.

Ishu, our guy did a thing.

Somizi saw it all and just had to congratulate his friend Black Coffee on his outstanding performance. Taking to social media with the same snap Black Coffee posted, Somizi pledged his allegiance.

“@realblackcoffee I stan.....polite but hit back hard sarcastically. Ur me I am u.”
