This week Mzansi was amused by yet another spicy retort from Nandos, this time over a lady's questionable buns. Briefly.co.za explores the hottest stories
Nandos served South Africa some flames when they teased a lady over her attempt at homemade rolls.
Briefly.co.za explores some of the top updates from the past week in Mzansi.
A woman recently showcased her attempt at homemade Portuguese rolls via Twitter.
Twitter user Ur motjie (@amyyy__B) shared the photos and it received a positive response, with many female tweeps requesting her recipe.
However, the masters of Portuguese rolls and flame-grilled chicken, Nandos, came across the post and all hell broke loose.
Former Bafana Bafana captain Lucas Radebe enjoyed a glittering career and will go down as one of the legends of Mzansi football.
The former Leeds United star recently celebrated his birthday amidst the lockdown restrictions. For most, the timing could not be worse due to the strict regulations, but Radebe's family overcame those obstacles.
A female motorist took to Twitter to gush about how little she spent to fill her car's petrol tank.
Providing photos to corroborate her story, Twitter user Rakgadi wa Picanto (@RakgadiMmati) revealed that she only spent R372 to fill her ride to the brim.
Briefly.co.za noted that her tweet attracted more than 6 000 likes since being shared on Sunday.
Date My Family viewers were not focused on the bachelor nor the bachelorettes, they were interested in the representatives – those girls were on fire.
The show normally revolves around the man looking for love, but not this time.
Briefly.co.za learnt that one of the bachelorettes Angie’s squad totally stole the spotlight in DMF. The bachelor Nkosinathi Mzila might as well have not even wasted his time because no one even knew he was there.
Angie’s squad was so lit the poor guy was cast out by their glow. Angie and her squad Natasha, Tanya and Kutlwano were one of the hottest teams DMF has ever seen – people should have known to put that much beauty in one place wouldn’t turn out good.
