Reports have confirmed that Nkanyiso Mngwengwe has passed away. The former Lamontville Golden Arrows captain collapsed at his house on Monday morning, according to the club.
The 30-year-old passed away in the early hours of morning. Nkanyiso made his debut for Arrows in August 2013 and went on to play more than 140 matches for the club.
According to KickOff.com, the chairperson of the club, Mato Madlala, expressed sadness at the sudden loss. She said that she will remember him as a player who was always ready to fight for the team.
