A video has been shared on social media and it has left Mzansi in stitches. The footage shows a government official speaking to an SABC journalist and making a sound resembling a fart.
Twitter user MightiJamie shared the now viral video along with the caption:
"Did this government official just fart on national TV?"
Social media users were amused and weighed in with their theories. Twitter user tshiu_matsepe said:
"The butt was just giving it's honest opinion about the interview."
"She said sorry about that... what else do you want?"
"I wasn’t even going to say “Sorry about that” so I’m not the suspect. Akere both of us are live on TV? The viewers were not gonna figure out who farted after all."
"That fart was the most honest part of the interview."
"I’m starting to believe that MEC Gomba is bewitched. She cannot be jumping from one flaw to another. Lol..."
"It really is hey, sometimes holding it in feels dangerous."
"Shame she must have eaten something and couldn’t control it, did you see how shocked she was?"
