Musician L'vovo found himself in the middle of a Twitter storm on Tuesday.
This is after he asked social media users how they were doing academically amid the Covid-19 lockdown in Mzansi.
Peeps lashed out at the Bayang'sukela hitmaker for asking an honest question at a wrong time, it seems.
Some trolls dragged the star for misspelling academically, while some suggested that they were struggling like his music career.
Ever since the Amapiano genre took off, L'vovo's music doesn't seem to enjoy as high rotation on national radio stations as it did before.
The star had tweeted:
"Accademically [sic] kuhamba kanjan (how's it going)?"
"Academically, I'm like you musically."
"Academically I have one 'c' less than you."
"Aibo, wazini ngeAcademics wena Lvovo (What do you know about academics)?"
"The student in me died long time ago, like your music career."

Some peeps tried to defend the star.
"That's how your negative comments chase away help, what if the question is aiming at supporting you financially with your fees? @LvovoSA keep checking up, they are depressed."
"Twitter people are trigger happy, always firing shots at random."
As the firing squad continued to take shots at the award-winning muso, he decided to withdraw his question.
"After much consideration. I have taken the decision to withdraw this question. Akuhambi kahle kubahlali (The citizens are not doing well)."
Briefly.co.za reported that when actress Sophie Lichaba trended for her acting skills on Lockdown Season 5, some trolls tried to steal her thunder. She clapped back hard at the trolls who judged her appearance instead of her acting skills.
