Mzansi viewers can't enough of all the weekly drama on Moja Love's Uyajola99.

The show is attracts a large number of watchers every Sunday and it appears the viewership is growing.

Entertainment commentator Phil Mphela said the show reached 1.3 million viewers in April.

And an episode that aired on 17 May was watched by 2.1 million viewers.

Should these numbers remain consistent, then Uyajola99 will be well on its way to being the third most-watched show in the country.

Last month, Briefly.co.za reported that viewers were ecstatic to see Uyajola99 back on screens for another season.

This after the BCCSA had received multiple complaints about the sometimes violent nature of the show.

Viewers can't decide whether they prefer Jub Jub or Moss Makwati as the show's presenter - the pair take weekly turns presenting on the popular show.

However, the drama of catching cheating spouses red-handed keeps them tuning in regardless.

On last week's episode, fans were disappointed after the drone used by the crew failed to capture a crucial moment during the confrontation.

Social media sleuths were so eager to see more that they even managed to dig up the confrontation filmed from another, close angle.
