Kabza De Small is working on new music, 2nd album "dropping soon"

Kabza De Small's second album is on the way.

The star has been busy in studio cooking tracks that will feature on the upcoming project.

The album will be titled De Second Avenue.

The Umshove hitmaker has been posting on social media pictures and videos of himself busy in studio working on the new project.

His long time collaborator DJ Maphorisa has also been doing his bit to promote the project.

"My voice gave me goosebumps. Are you ready for Kabza De Small’s album 'De Second Avenue'. When must he drop end of June or July?"

Their fans who cannot wait any longer are calling for the album to be released as soon as possible.

Briefly.co.za reported when Kabza hinted that he might add different genres to his album on top of the Amapiano that he is know for.

He took to social media to suggest that good producers can create just about any kind of music.

He captioned the post:

"Good producers do not stick on the same genre. They hear music and create art!"

Kabza has given Mzansi hit after hit during the past few months. The star has been keeping South African dance floors full since Amapiano took over the dance scene from Gqom music. He has even earned himself the nickname 'King of Amapiano'.

Maphorisa and Kabza had to postpone their Scorpion Kings live show at the Sun Arena in Pretoria in April because of the Covid-19 pandemic. A new date for the concert was set for 9 August. Maphorisa has hinted that they might do a live stream show on 9 August.
