Terry Pheto got on Phumzile Van Damme's wrong side when she tweeted about the Mother City recently.
Terry said she doesn't think Cape Town deserves to go to Level 3 with the rest of the country on 1 June.
DA MP Phumzile Van Damme didn't like Terry's generalising and wanted the actress to have some sympathy towards those who were sick in the city.

Phumzile asked, "All of Cape? Everyone? The geographic location or the people? So, by implication, all those who are ill or lost their lives are just selfish and deserve what is happening to them? It's like social media makes you forget your humanity. Incredible."
When someone pointed out that it really wasn't that serious, Phumzile responded, "Oh, but it is. You do not get to (make) such flippant, insensitive comments on social media and that's it."
This past weekend, Briefly.co.za reported that President Cyril Ramaphosa announced that country will be moving to Level 3 of lockdown on 1 June.
Under Level 3, alcohol will be sold but cigarette sales will still be prohibited.
41% of surveyed Briefly.co.za readers said they have continued to buy alcohol and cigarettes, via much more expensive black markets, even during lockdown.
