Viewers of The River have taken to social media to express their excitement over the latest episode of the hit telenovela.

The fans celebrated when Lindiwe, a character played by Sindi Dlathu, proved she's still the show's super villain. This is after power-hungry Emma tried to knock her off the spot.

Peeps were eager to see whether Emma would be able to topple Lindiwe but that didn't happen.

Instead of getting her victory, Emma found out that her boyfriend, Zolani, doesn't own any part of the mine but is just Lindiwe's sidekick.

The viewers took to social media after the show to celebrate Lindiwe whom they refer to as "Madlabantu".
