Trevor Gumbi and his tribe have taken lockdown as an opportunity to work on their fitness. The Gumbis have been getting their running on.
Lockdown has left many feeling unmotivated and filled with fear, however, it seems exercise has definitely helped.
Briefly.co.za came across a snap of Trevor and his family, wife Lucille and two sons Jodie and Jamie, boasting about their recent achievement.
While most families have been playing board games, cleaning the garden and painting the house, the Gumbis have been running 50 kilometres.

The bubbly actor and his family have been waking up in the fresh Mzansi chill to take to the road for a family run.
In just two weeks, the Gumbi tribe have clocked a collective 50 kilometres and they couldn't be more proud.
Taking to social media to boast a little, Trevor shared a snap of him and his fam all geared up for the run. 59km in two weeks - not bad, not bad.
“Super proud of my team of road warriors. Together we ran a total of 50km in 2 weeks #WHORAH”
