Lady reaches goal to complete degree, graduates with distinctions

- She revealed she graduated with distinction and now plans on pursing a Honours degree in Forensic Criminology

Dreams do come true for those who put in the hard work and dedication. Last year, a woman, @SanelisiweHlat4, pinned a tweet to her social media page that read:

"I would love to graduate in 2020."

Her wish has now been fulfilled. @SanelisiweHlat4 is amongst the students who graduated at the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN) on Friday.

She revealed on Twitter that she had obtained a BA degree in criminology and philosophy - and she did it with distinction.

The stunning graduate now plans on pursing an Honours degree in forensic criminology.

Her post read:

"Last year I had a pinned tweet that read that, I would love to Graduate in 2020(BA in Criminology and Philosophy), to obtain a distinction and be accepted for Honours in Forensic Criminology. Yes, I made it. Mark 11 verse 24."

Social media users were inspired by her post and they applauded @SanelisiweHlat4 online.

A 67-year-old woman, Jules Patrice Means, has graduated with her first degree in sociology from Cal in the United States.

The determined great grandmother pursued her degree after earning her diploma. Jules plans to earn her master's of social welfare degree.
