AKA wants the people to know that he was the first Mzansi artist to get his merchandise sold in stores.

There is no denying that AKA has a drive that is unwavering. No matter what he sets his mind to, he makes it happen.

Briefly.co.za learnt that AKA went on another power hype, claiming the title of the first Mzansi artist to sell their branded goods in stores.

We have to give it to Supa Mega, the man has style and peeps have always looked to him for fashion tips.

Selling branded T-shirts, caps, hoodies and other stuff is something almost every artist does at some point in their career. AKA claims he was the first to have his sold in stores though.

A fan tagged AKA in a throwback post which showed off the merch he dropped for his 2014 hit song Run Jozi (Godly), and this set him off.

“I still rock with the Head Honcho, even wore it when I was buying #TheSneAKA”

A hyped-up AKA responded to the fan, claiming his throne. He thinks it’s rather funny how peeps conveniently forget the moves he’s made.

“Yup. I was the first to have my sh*t in stores all across the country. People seem to conveniently forget.”
