Mzansi hip-hop artists have been attracting a lot of attention from US musicians and record execs

The likes of Nasty C and Shane Eagle have been doing lit collabos with American based rappers such as French Montana, A$AP Ferg and Bas.

Black Coffee has also played a major role in getting Mzansi artists the recognition that they deserve. The world surely has their eyes on our musos.

Recently, Def Jam Africa - a powerhouse is the music industry - signed Mzansi stars such as Cassper Nyovest, Boity, Nadia Nakai and Tshego.

Word on the street is that Tellaman is another Mzansi muso who might be working on a project with super American producer Dark Child.

Real name Rodney Jerkins, Dark Child who has produced huge hits the likes of Michael Jackson, Beyoncé, Madonna and Destiny’s Child, has sent Tellaman a direct message on Twitter.

The singer couldn't hold his excitement and shared the news with his followers.

"Dark Child followed and DM'd me," he tweeted.

The Whipped hitmaker has so far not revealed what Dark Child said in the DM but his fans have speculated that they are working on something.
