- A man shared an interesting comparison of himself via social media
- The first image shared was taken in 2011 and the second one was taken this year
- The post started trending, as South Africans commented on the noticeable differences
A man sparked a positive response via Twitter following his recent tweet.
Twitter user Vina (@alfavina) shared a collage to indicate the progress he's made over the last nine years.
The one thing that both pics had in common was that they showcased his BMW vehicles. However, the difference in physique was night and day.
The 2011 version had a bigger frame and a more casual dress code, while the 2020 version was leaner and more debonair.
Briefly.co.za established that the man was none other than Kaizer Chiefs Corporate Communications Manager, Alpheus Vina Maphosa.
The tweet can be viewed below.
Briefly.co.za noted that South Africans were impressed by the improvement.
Malomanye ka Malwaleng (@Malomanye) said,
"Downgraded the body... Upgraded the automobile... nice."
Gxubani (@Shoez_Man) added,
"Looking good sir...testament to the fact that fitness is a way of life."
Lusanda Ndwe (@lusanda_ndwe) said,
"You looked like a taxi owner in 2011 but now in 2020 my Leader you looked like a Pastor."
Meanwhile, Briefly.co.za previously reported that a man shared his inspiring journey to success on social media.
He posted two pictures, one showing his days as a struggling matriculant and another showing him graduating with a Master's degree.
