Seeing how many people have become accepting of all different kinds of love is truly heartwarming.

Briefly.co.za knows how unapologetic Somizi is about who he is and who he loves and best believe our guy doesn’t label himself or fit into a box.

While there is so much sadness, hate and uncertainty filling the globe, Pride Month has definitely brightened things up.

The LGBTQ community claimed the month of June as Pride Month, a month in which all colours, shapes and forms of love are celebrated.

Normally there are huge parades and parties that take place in the month of June all over the world in celebration of Pride, however, with this pandemic, taking to social media is how people will make their mark.

Taking to social media in celebration of what Somizi has claimed to be his New Year, the flamboyant celeb shared a bunch of pictures that clearly outline his Pride vibe.

Somizi threw on some rainbow platforms, a sparkly shirt and let the people know he’s shining. There ain’t nothing that is going to dull Somizi’s sparkle.

I'm gonna triple my securing the bag efforts
I'm gonna drink water more
Gonna love myself more
Gonna set and strive to achieve more goals
Gonna dream bigger
Gonna set boundaries of what I can and can't tolerate
Gonna love harder, laugh more
Gonna wear my mask every time I leave home
Gonna wash my hands more”
