- Kgomotso is slated to star M-Net telenovela, Legacy
Kgomotso Christopher has categorically denied ever being offered a role on The Queen.
The actress shared a fake report which claimed that she had failed to honour her contract, due to Ferguson Films denying to adhere to a clause she had stipulated.
The fake report claimed that negotiations between her and the Fergusons had broken down due to them failing to honour a particular clause.
A fan reached out to the actress regarding the claim, tweeting, “Did this happen? Was looking forward to seeing you on our screen again, hope it's fake news."
The actress responded, “Fake news. I didn't shoot. I didn't have a contract and my apparent bosses Connie and Shona who fired me don't even know they even hired me in the first place. Kumnandi e Sattafrika (It's nice in South Africa)."
Kgomotso will be starring in the new M-Net production, Legacy.
She posted a teaser for it on her Instagram page.
Earlier this week, Briefly.co.za reported that Kgomotso had bagged herself a role in the upcoming telenovela.
Kgomotso will play the role of Dineo, alongside other acting greats like the likes of Michelle Botes and Mary-anne Barlow.
The new soapie promises to be a juicy drama that will keep viewers glued to their screens.
