In a world where crime, division and negativity make daily news headlines, it's heartwarming to know that the spirit of Ubuntu is still widely celebrated.
A young lady shared an inspirational story via social media to highlight how a traumatic situation was turned around to increase her faith in humanity.
Margot Vorster visited a shopping centre in Randburg and lost her wallet.

The loss was extra nerve-racking, as the purse was filled with a large sum of money and all her cards.
To her surprise, a kindhearted stranger, named Mlungisi, found the wallet and went the extra mile to track her down.
She and her father, Chris, were so impressed by Mlungisi's honesty and kindness, that they shared two touching Facebook posts in honour of him.

The news was also shared via the #ImStaying group and Briefly.co.za noted the incredible reaction. More than 20 000 people have liked the post and thousands of comments have been shared.

Previously, Briefly.co.za reported that Patson Mandla was at Auto and General Park when he found a wallet full of cash in the men's restroom.
He revealed that for a moment he was tempted to take the money because he was broke.
However, his integrity stopped him from doing it and instead he made sure the wallet got back to its rightful owner.
