Juju posts hilarious snap in support of taxi strike: “No compromise”

- The Economic Freedom Fighters leader Julius Malema reiterated his support for the taxi industry by sharing a hilarious photo via social media

Earlier, Briefly.co.za reported that the EFF has voiced its support for the taxi industry as it calls for more funds to be allocated to providing the sector with Covid-19 relief.

The industry took to the streets on Monday to protest the R1-billion provided to it by the government.

The EFF has slammed the amount as too little, calling for R20 000 at least to be given to each taxi.

Although the protest is no laughing matter, EFF leader Julius Malema was in jovial spirit, as he shared a hilarious photo to reinforce his party's support for the cause.

Juju shared a photo that had been edited to include himself, along with former party spokesperson Mbuyiseni Ndlozi and Floyd Shivambu.

Briefly.co.za was stunned by the incredible reaction, as the tweet quickly attracted more than 11 000 likes within a few hours.

EFF Defence Force (@EFFDefenceForce) said,

"Am hitchhiking to EFF HQ offices my president."

Semty Zintos (@SemtyZ) added,

"The only party that strongly believe and investing in Education and also in freeing a black man."
