Three staff members at Stellenbosch FC have contracted the coronavirus, the club confirmed on Tuesday.
The club did not reveal the identities of those infected but did say that they are doing well and self-isolating.
According to Stellenbosch FC, none of the players have contracted Covid-19.
KickOff reported the statement read:
""After obtaining this information we can now assist the individuals to recover as safely and speedily as possible as well as mitigate the risk of exposure to other employees. The three members are doing well and are now self-isolating at home."
Taking to Twitter, Stellenbosch FC shared the news.
"Stellenbosch FC confirms that three of our staff members were tested positive for Covid-19 while all the club's players tested negative. Last week the club arranged the testing of all staff and players and provided additional education on the pandemic as well as what will be expected once we get the go-ahead to start training."

Social media users wished the members a speedy recovery.
Meanwhile, Briefly.co.za reported previously that Bloemfontein Celtic midfielder Given Mashikinya has tested positive for Covid-19.
Celtic revealed that players were tested on Friday and the outcome was shared on Monday.
