DJ Maphorisa has been a part of the Mzansi entertainment industry for an impressive 10 years and does not plan on going anywhere.
Once you have been in a particular industry for a certain period of time you automatically earn a level of respect from those just entering.
Briefly.co.za learnt that Maphorisa has been dropping beats for 10 years and has acquired a lot of invaluable knowledge in his time.
Maphorisa is a humble man but he is not shy to show off his success – he has worked hard for what he has.
There is no denying that Maphorisa is settled in his groove and nothing is going to sway him. Maphorisa feels there are many artists who are still finding themselves and he’s not interested in inexperienced talent.
Taking to social media to share what 10 years in the industry means to him, Maphorisa admitted that it has not been easy, but it has totally been worth it.
Hard work gets you places and Maphorisa has been and is going places.

“It took me 10 years to really crack the SA music industry, I know it in and out. All I do now.”
