Kgomotso has done extremely well for herself ever since her unexpected departure from Scandal!
Last month, Briefly.co.za reported that the star was touched by her fans' heartfelt sadness at her character leaving the popular e.tv soapie.
Kgomotso's devious character, Yvonne, had really made an impression on viewers.
After her departure, Kgomotso hit the ground running and started going to multiple auditions.
In no time, she managed to bag herself a role on the upcoming M-Net soapie,
Legacy will begin airing in September and stars Kgomotso, Michelle Botes, Mary-anne Barlow, Anton David Jeftha and Deon Lotz.
M-Net describes Legacy as a drama that's "designed for its premium audience" and "embodies a family at war with itself in the fast-lane world of investment billionaires."
All this is awesome news for all Kgomotso fans who thought it might be a while before seeing their fave on screens again.
Kgomotso has two kids of her own, so a parenting show is right up her alley.
