- Five of Mzansi's fave stars feature in Beyoncé's new film titled Black Is King
- The project will be available for viewing on Disney+ at the end of July
- Nandi Madida, Connie Chiume, Warren Masemola, John Kani and Nyaniso Dzedze are all a part of the film
Five of Mzansi's most-loved entertainers make an appearance in a new Beyoncé film titled, Black Is King.
Nandi Madida, Connie Chiume, Warren Masemola, John Kani and Nyaniso Dzedze are feature in the docu-movie.
Black is King was originally meant to be a visual accompaniment to The Lion King 2 soundtrack.
Musician Moonchild Sanelly is also said to be a part of the project.
All the Mzansi stars included in the video have a loud love for Africa in common.
Veteran actress Connie not only represented SA in the Black Panther movie, but she's also been a part of the Mzansi television industry for over three decades.
The same can also be said for John Kani.
Nyaniso has participated in conversations around what the modern African man looks like and reps the Afro chic look everywhere he goes.
Last year, Briefly.co.za reported that Moonchild featured on a song with Bey, alongside Busiswa, for The Lion King 2 soundtrack.
Busiswa even got a shout-out from US actress Halle Berry for her work on their joint track.
It's always amazing to see our talented Mzansi stars strut their stuff and get recognition overseas.
