Imagine getting to pick the brains of a musical legend such as Yvonne Chaka Chaka.

Minnie Dlamini got to do just that when Yvonne was a guest on her SuperSport show recently.

Yvonne posted a short clip from the day on her Instagram account.

The superstar looked regal in a black Afro chic dress, jewellery and head wrap.

Earlier this month, Briefly.co.za reported that it appeared as if Somizi Mhlongo had stood Yvonne up from a comment she made under an Instagram pic of his.

When the princess of Africa isn't hanging with the young-ins, she is doing some serious work.

Yvonne was recently elected as vice-president of the International Confederation of Societies of Authors and Composers (CISAC).

Yvonne was elected alongside Mexican composer Arturo Márquez.

The pair will deputise Swedish songwriter and ABBA co-founder, Björn Ulvaeus, who was elected president of the confederation on 28 May.
