Evodia and Mercy Mogase bid a fond farewell to the first season of their reality television show, Madame and Mercy.

The mother and daughter duo lit up screens with their glittery lifestyle and family squabbles.

Evodia and Mercy first burst onto the scene when they were part of the first season of Real Housewives of Johannesburg.

Evodia hopped onto social media to thank fans for supporting their reality show efforts thus far.

She posted a picture of her and Mercy doing it big in the first class section of a plane.

Evodia wrote, "Thank you so much, South Africa, for your support. Without you, all our dreams would have come true. Some ups, some downs and, as toddlers to the entertainment industry, we are grateful to be learning as we grow. Your messages continue to keep our dreams a reality, so thank you for the love."

News of the flamboyant pair scoring their own show first hit when Briefly.co.za reported about it late last year.

Although Evodia and Mercy share a wonderful bond and it's clear they're closer than most parents and kids, Evodia is definitely still the boss lady in their household.
