Cassper Nyovest has shared how taken aback he was by his electricity bill for the last month.
The star said his charges amounted to a huge sum of R15 000.
As an expectant dad, Cassper is taking stock of every expense in his household.
Cassper tweeted, "My electricity was R15 000 this month and I don't have an electric heater in my house. What the hell is going on? This doesn't make sense."
Fans quickly hopped into Cassper's mentions to sympathise and share advice.
One wrote, "Mine was R10 000. Definitely, something is not right, bathong (people)."
Another advised Cassper to get an audit of all of his electricity bills.
She said, "They never come to read the meter, but always estimate usage based on the area you live in. Request for an audit. You will save a lot thereafter."
Many fans were just in pains that their salaries amount to a fraction of Cassper's electricity bill.
Last month, Briefly.co.za reported that Cassper had excitedly announced that he was going to be a father.
