Bonang Matheba has called on Charlize Theron to help us out regarding the alcohol ban. Surely sis can do something to get the good stuff back.
While most totally get why Uncle Cyril placed an immediate ban on alcohol, that doesn’t take away the fact that people are feeling some type of way about it.
Briefly.co.za learnt that Bonang decided to call in the big guns to try and help resolve this issue Mzansi is facing.
Charlize plays a character by the name of Andy in a new Netflix series called The Old Guard. Andy is an ancient warrior who, with the help of her immortal army, fights evil.
Feeling like this alcohol ban could be a battle for Andy and her army, Bonang called on old Charlize to help a sister and her country out.
Bonang was obviously joking... at least we think she was. No one knows these days, the strangest things are happening.
Taking to one of Charlize's posts about her new show, Bonang asked her to come home and set things straight.

Briefly.co.za previously reported on how the whole of SA, including its celebs, have had something to say about President Cyril Ramaphosa placing an immediate ban on alcohol.
Lockdown has had people feeling all the feels, especially when it comes to the leisure and luxury items like alcohol.
Some of our favourite Mzansi celebs also took to social media to share their views on the sudden ban. It is safe to say that our celebs were just as thrown by the immediate ban – our president could at least have given the people a little notice.
