US rapper Tory Lanez has been pointed out as the culprit who allegedly shot Megan Thee Stallion on Sunday morning, 12 July. Tory, who was riding with Megan, was arrested on the same day on a concealed weapons charge.
Page Six reports that their source has claimed that Tory shot Megan following a dispute inside his car as she was trying to exit.
"Tory fired the shots from within the vehicle while Megan was outside trying to leave. There is video and the police are investigating. This is a case of a man physically harming and abusing a woman."
According to Page Six, a spokesperson for LAPD would not confirm whether there was a video submitted to the investigation. The spokesperson added that the video will “not be released until the case goes to court in order to protect the integrity of the case”.
