Prince Kaybee scooped an impressive number of nominations for this year’s South African Music Awards, SAMA26, and now peeps are questioning it.
The SAMAs always create big hype in Mzansi. People feel really strongly about who deserves nominations and who does not and this year is no different.

There is no denying that Prince Kaybee has done the most to get these nominations. Being nominated for Record of the Year (ROTY) and Music Video of the Year (MVOTY) for his two lit tracks Fetch Your Life, featuring Msaki, and Gugulethu, featuring Afro Brothers, Indlovukazi and Supta, Kaybee feels extremely proud.
The fact that Makhadzi, Sho Madjozi and Master KG did not bag a single nomination has left a sour taste in fans mouths, and they are demanding answers.
Some feel that Prince Kaybee bought the nominations and guess what, our guy couldn’t care less. The nominations are his and he doesn’t care what the trolls have to say.
