- BI Phakathi has uploaded another video demonstrating his kindness to others
- He blessed two homeless men with food parcels and money, the two men were almost speechless
- Facebook users praised Phakathi and wished that South Africa had more men like him
BI Phakathi is at it again, he uploaded a video on Facebook helping those in need, in fact, some of the most vulnerable in our society - the homeless.
The video shows two interactions with homeless men, who are waste collectors, where the good Samaritan blesses them with food parcels and money, a couple of hundred rands each.
The men are blown away by the generous act, something they are not used to, often being treated like they are invisible.
Phakathi captioned the video with the following:
"Changing lives with acts of kindness, the joy it brings is priceless."
As usual, the post was flooded with comments from Facebook users completely blown away by this man's kindness:
"Every time I see you on I stop what I'm doing and follow, these times hard on so many you inspire me so much. I too help where ever bless you thank you .you are truly a special man."
"BI, you are really special. There are no words to describe you. The millions of people said it all, may God continue to bless you as you keep blessing the needy. Praise Be."
"BI Phakathi I also try to do the same as you do in most cases I run out of cash to buy food for the homeless in Park town, Park lane I normal give food to this guys. "Success is not measured by how popular are you or wealth and power that you have but by righteousness that you feel in your hearth and be a help to others. Your such an inspiration to all people. GOD bless you more BI Phakathi. FROM THE PHILIPPINES. MABUHAY KA."
Earlier, Briefly.co.za reported that a Facebook user who goes by the name of BI Phakathi posted a video online about a woman who was asking for donations with her daughter to buy food when something amazing happened.
A good Samaritan stepped in to help the woman, got a trolley and told the woman to put what she needed in. Briefly.co.za saw that she was hesitant at first but after some gentle persuasion, she began to place essentials such as bread and sugar into the trolley.
Samantha, the daughter of Colleen, pushed the trolley through the aisles as her mom placed the much-needed food in.
In other news, Briefly.co.zo. reported that local philanthropist BI Phakathi has once again come to the aid of disadvantaged South Africans. He posted a video giving away food parcels at Alexandra township.
In the footage, Phakathi was handing out parcels to people walking around the township. He captioned the video:
"We went out to donate food parcels in Alexandra township, thanks to our friends at Bel Air Superspar for making this possible and Alex community."
