- Somizi Mhlongo recently showed off his impeccable fashion style on social media
- He posted a picture of his Durban July outfit and social media users could not get enough of the glam
- He revealed that he is drawn to the colour green, even though his favourite colour is red
Somizi took to social media to post a picture of himself looking absolutely fierce. The media personality was wearing a gorgeous green outfit and had his hair perfectly laid in a sleek blonde bob. The outfit was for the recent Vodacom Durban July.
The Idols SA judge shared that his favourite colour is red but he keeps gravitating to green. He wore a green outfit to the Durban July last year as well.
He went on to say that green represents wealth, health and abundance.
In true Somizi style, he wrapped up his caption with a joke; calling himself a "cabbage doll".
Social media users were both enamoured and amused by the flamboyant personality. Instagram user mzanzibestactors.celebs said:
"Cabbage. lol. But Som..."
"Blew SA away with that piece!"
In related news, Somizi had to deal with some uninvited guests by asserting himself and making them leave. A couple of monkeys pitched up on his balcony and started helping themselves to his chips.
To his credit, Somizi kept his cool and even gave the two monkeys names, Cassper Nyovest and Trompies.
The monkeys popped by on the celebrity's balcony at his Zimbali property. He also accused his furry friends of messing with muthi.
Earlier, Briefly.co.za reported that Somizi Mhlongo recently did the most when he showed off his stylish lounge as he worked from home.
The star matched his gown to his cream couch and carpet. Somizi looked completely relaxed as he broadcast his mid-morning Metro FM show from the comfort of his crib. Somgaga sipped on a beverage as he held the mic and chatted to listeners.
Fans loved the beautiful interior that Somgaga displayed. Some people really are living it up in lavish style.
