Young man shows off hustle, owns car and house from selling coconuts

A young businessman simply known as Ebenezer who sells coconuts has opened up about his business and how it has transformed him.

Ebenezer reveals that he completed senior secondary school but due to financial difficulties he decided to start a business as a coconut seller.

Speaking in an interview, he revealed he makes between R1 000 and R1 500 when business is very slow.

Although some people tend to look down on businesses such as that of Ebenezer's, he reveals he has been able to make a living from selling coconuts. Ebenezer says he has purchased a car from the income he got from the business and also owns a house.

He stressed he would not leave the business for any other venture because he believes no other job would pay him the amount he earns from his current work.

Ebenezer’s story is inspirational for unemployed youth to look within themselves for solutions to maximise their potential.
