Penellia-Riis Akorfa Vedzesu, as her full name goes, is a stunning young midwife in Ghana who is striving relentlessly and admirably in myriads of fields of endeavour.
In an exclusive interview, the beautiful midwife revealed that she an author of two fiction books, The Blunder and Trauma of Transition, amid several other hustles.
According to the young midwife, who also does obstetric and reproductive health consultation for ladies online, she recently completed a make-up programme as well.

Aside all of that, Akorfa has also been selling miscellaneous items which she plans to convert into a boutique very soon.
When asked what her motivation to combine many works is, the midwife mentioned that she is driven by the desire to be self-sufficient and independent, particularly in her finances.

Penellia, however, mentioned that the books she has published came out of a pure desire for literature and were borne of out drafts she started compiling years ago.

While we are still celebrating Woman's Month, Briefly.co.za decided to share the story of an inspiring, hard-working mom. The lady, who was only identified by her Twitter handle @niqita11, converts old tyres into breathtaking pieces of furniture.
On Monday, she took to the social media platform to share her designs with other South Africans. The Durban-based woman asked Mzansi to show her support and she shared photos of her products as well as a pic of herself in action.
Not only is @niqita11 a hardworking woman who generates an income for her family, she is also living proof that someone can live a long, healthy life with HIV. According to her Twitter page, @niqita11 has been living with HIV and taking ARVs for the past decade.
However, the virus did not stop her from living her best life. @niqita11 revealed she is a mother and has a partner who is HIV-negative.
