- Cassper Nyovest and Rami Chuene have defended Master KG after a troll came for him
- The troll accused the Jerusalema hitmaker of being a groupie after he thanked international superstars for listening to his track
- Both Cassper and Rami labelled the troll a 'hater' and told him to let Master KG enjoy his moment
Rami Chuene and Cassper Nyovest have defended Master KG after a troll called him a groupie. This comes after the musician thanked international footballer Cristiano Ronaldo for listening to his music.
A social media user thought Master KG's behaviour was inappropriate but Cass and Rami quickly shut down the negativity. Rami took to her social media page and said:
"It’s @MasterKGsa’s season. Ke phetho, ke tuu! Go peinelwa and hating on him won’t help, leave the man to enjoy his glory. He deserves all of it."
Her tweet was met with a positive reception from Mzansi social media users who agreed with her.
Cassper also added his two cents to the discourse. Responding to the troll that came for Master KG, the rapper said:
"First of all, WE ALL don't know how it feels like to have your song posted by Janet Jackson and Cristiano Ronaldo. Can we let the man enjoy his moment without having to deal with criticism on how to show gratitude. Let people enjoy their moments cause you don't know what it took!"
Twitter user Gillian_Price responded to Cass and said:
"Haters gonna hate!!! YOLO... let him live in this moment. It's an awesome song that has the whole world dancing! Even this white girl with no natural rhythm, whenever I hear it, I'm out here dancing."
"Stop making these idiots famous! He's a troll."
"Honestly, If I were Master KG id remind y'all every two minutes that Janet and Cristiano posted my song. I wouldn't let anyone breathe."
Briefly.co.za previously reported that Master KG recently responded to a troll who decided to send negativity his way. The Jerusalema hitmaker has been basking in the international success of his song and a negative social media user decided to ruin the party.
Master KG has been recognised by international icons worldwide and the humble musician has been nothing short of grateful. He has been thanking each and every artist who has given him an international platform.
One social media user did not seem to appreciate the way Master KG responds to every shout-out. The user said that Master was behaving like a "groupie". Responding to the tweet, the musician wrote:
"It doesn't matter if that's what you think!!! I'm still gonna show love to everyone... get ready to get more p*ssed!!"
He has since deleted the tweet.
