Laduma Ngxokolo has done Mzansi so proud at New York Fashion Week. Celebrities have flocked to show Laduma support and they are in awe of his truly flawless designs.

Briefly.co.za learnt that Laduma’s designs recently walked the prestigious runway of New York Fashion Week and Mzansi overflowed with pride. It is moments like these that make a nation proud.
The fashion designer has a deep respect for his Xhosa culture which can be seen through his work. Representing Mzansi and his culture, Laduma dropped jaws.
Laduma’s most recent designs that walked New York City Fashion Week, where those that he had Mzansi celebs Riky Rick, Blue Mbombo, Warren Masemola and Amanda Dambuza collaborate on.
Taking to social media, the proud celebs shared the designs along with words of great pride and honour. Walking the runway wearing these proudly Mzansi designs was a moment of history in the making that is worthy of the hype it has received.
Briefly.co.za previously reported that Laduma bagged the top honour at a glamorous event held by the Abryanz Style and Fashion Awards in Uganda on Sunday. Arts and Culture Minister Nathi Mthethwa congratulated the talented Eastern Cape-born designer for the achievement.
Laduma also shared the exciting news on Instagram. He posted a photo of his award along with the caption:
“Awarded the 2018 @abryanzstyleandfashionawards Fashion Designer Of The Year Africa honour here in Uganda last night. Much love for all your support. This is [for] all the Motherland designers that are working hard to shift the culture and change their family’s lives.”
