In the clip, The Queen actress' daughter, Ali, teaches her how to dance to Amapiano. The cool dance move, called the "Pouncing Cat", is popular in most Amapiano music videos. The mother-daughter duo had just finished exercising when they decided to have some fun. Connie's hubby, Shona, is the one who filmed the whole thing. He can be heard in the background saying: "Ay, it's too much."

Judging from all the comments from Connie's fans, she's a quick learner. Many of them shared that she nailed the dance. They also praised Ali for being a good dance teacher. She captioned the clip:

"Post-gym mood! I don’t quite have #TheKid @ali.ferguson_'s swag but I tried."

Connie plays the character of Harriet Khoza on the hit telenovela. She's also the executive producer of the show.
